A BIHARI restaurant (why have they named it Chilli Pepper?), I couldn`t believe my eyes/ears....went just for the novelty and must say, was NOT in the least displeased. What a difference from the humdrum it was, I (and friends) had something called litti dal, bangan and aloo bharta, and sattu paratha. Ya, we cheated a little and ordered ginger paneer as well, even that was nice but our collective hats went off to all the other dishes.
